Show get_transient and delete_transient

    Unfortunately it’s not possible to show use of get_transient because there isn’t a suitable filter or action available in the function. (The filters that are there include the transient name.)

    Showing use of delete_transient is possible though. I’ll see about adding it into the next version of Query Monitor.
