We are manually adding folks to a brochure email list; we’d like them to just be able to check a box saying “Sign up to receive our brochure”. I’ve set up a single checkbox that looks correct on the front end, but when the form is submitted the “Sign up to receive our brochure” text appears on the submittal with no way to tell if the checkbox was checked or not. Any ideas about how to solve this would be appreciated, thanks!

  • Hey @2cats – Thanks for contacting us!

Currently, we don’t have the feature to display if the checkbox was checked. In the email notification, you’d see the selected checkbox label, and that’s how you can make if the checkbox was checked. An option would be to display an icon with a label that would indicate if the checkbox was clicked, but apologize as customizations like this are outside of our scope for support. In case you’d like to look into custom development options, we highly recommend using Codeable. As a workaround, you can take a look at our documentation here to add your styles to email notifications.

    Thanks!

Hey @2cats – We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
