Show last approved post version if contributor edits post

  • Hi there,

    Currently when a contributor edits/submits a post to the wordpress site, the posts need approval. However once approved and they edit it again, the post disappears because it needs to be approved once again.

    Is there anyway the last approved revision can be show if the current status is pending approval?

    I tired the ‘Revisions’ plugin but this had the same results.
