Show lead name and status in affiliate area

    Hi,

    I would like to show to the affiliates in the affiliate area which lead actually has registered through their respective affiliate link and what the status of these referrals is (pending/accepted). The leads are submitting their name via NinjaForms, the according integration works, submitting their name works as referral trigger. I (as admin) can see the form content the leads submitted (i.e. their name) in the affiliate management area, but the affiliates themselves cannot see who has already registered and who they need to remind to do it.

    Is that possible? Thanks

  • Hi there,

    What you are looking for is only possible via a custom template for Affiliates Dashboard(the affiliate area) provided with the premium versions of the plugin, Affiliates Pro and Affiliates Enterprise.

    These versions allow you to override the default template for referral-items with a specialised version of the template that will render information on those who registered via the NF form.

    You can also customize the templates used in the plain Affiliates version, see https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/api/templates/ for which are included. For the particular case you describe, it might be useful to have one of the premium versions, as they provide additional templates specific to referrals – see https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/api/templates/ – but you might also choose to implement your own customized way of showing referral data to your affiliates.
