Show less icons/Exclude social services from the default sharing on some pages

    Hi
    I working in a blog about a newspaper, in the post i show like 5 icons of social sharing. But in the home page were are all the post i want only to show 2 icons (Facebook and Twitter) . How i can do this ? i try to find about the same problem but nothing, and i don’t want to just use css to hide because it will still take the same time to load that part of code.

    I’m afraid that’s not possible. The only alternative would indeed be to hide some of the sharing icons with CSS, but that won’t help with site performance on your site.

    To work around this problem, I would recommend that you disable Jetpack Sharing buttons on your site’s home page, by going to Settings > Sharing in your dashboard.
    Then, you can install another sharing plugin to handle sharing buttons only on your home page.

    Ok, Thanks, Can you make for a future update, add this implementation? that with functions we can specific in the parameters which social icons i like to show…

    That seems like an edge case, but I took note of your remark and we’ll consider adding a filter that would allow you to do this.
