    Hi there ??

    I am working with the shortcode to show the attendees list on my pages.
    The shortcode [tribe_tickets_attendees post_id=”464″ title=”Some other players who are going!”] is working and its shoes a avatar picture of the attendees going. However it keeps on adding also another scentence to it : “0 people are attending event tuesday ….” that scentence is incorrect and can be deleted. Is there anybody who can help me with this. WOuld be great because this is actually a great feature/shortcode provided!

    With the avatars showing looks so cool! (important side note I am not technical or have any front end coding experience…:(.

    So one thing I am curious of, you say you are using the shortcodes and Attendee List, these are Event Tickets Plus features. Do you have a license for Event Tickets Plus?

    Can you please link to this page and I can try and assist with a CSS fix?

    Hi there thanks for your help!
    Yes we have the event tickets plus license!

    One question before I share all the links. We will use it in single product templates in wordpress/elementor. which means that we use a template generating product specifics inside the template.

    Every event we sell is generated in that single product template which is specifically made for a certain location (we have 9 event locations for example).

    We need to add the custom css than to the single product templates, if I am correct?

    If you are creating a custom css would you be able to:
    -Delete the scentence of 0 people attending
    – change title of “Some other players who are going” to font montserrat with a smaller text size

    Ah ok great, if you have a Premium license then, can you please submit a Support ticket here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/ To address the original issue you spoke about: ““0 people are attending event tuesday” and we would be happy to try and help.

    Unfortunately I am having some trouble understanding what you mean by all this in your reply, but can you please reference it in your ticket and we will try to assit. (It sounds like a Customization and as per our Support Policy we cannot provide support for Customizations.)

    But since you have a license, you can submit for Premium Support and we will do our best to help you!
