Show Map for State Locations Only

I have a tons of dental office locations from all over the country. I am created separate state pages that list each office in that state (CO, AZ, MT, etc.). I’d like to have a map at the top with just those state’s locations in it but I can’t figure out how to do that. I can only get the all locations map which shows locations from every state. Is there a way to isolate the map’s locations based on the state field?
