show minimized on load

    Hi, when I load my page, the welcome message is shown. Is it possible to minimize the window on load, so only the icon is shown until clicked?

    Sorry for the late reply.

    Yes, we can set to display greetings dialog only after user clicks to chat.

    ‘Click to Chat’ -> ‘Greetings’ settings page and at ‘Additional settings’ section ‘Initial stage’ set to ‘Close’
