Show more posts in archive than set in the reading settings

  • Hello there!

    I run a website which needs exactly one post everywhere. That is why I had to set the post per page to 1 from the settings>reading. But I need to show all the posts of a month in archive pages. Can anyone help me ?

    For example:
    when i visit: https://example.com i need to see only one post.
    but when i visit https://example.com/2011/12 (that is archive) I need to see all the posts made in December 2011.

    Please help. I need it ASAP
