Show more reviews then 5

    Hi,
    Currently there are showing 5 google reviews on the website (see link)

    I would like to have more.
    Even when i choose the setting ‘show all reviews’, it only shows 5

    How can i change this?

    how do i solve this?

    I know how to use the inspector. But how use it to show moren then 5?

    @nomafo You can either:

    1. Wait for new relevant reviews to arrive through the Places API naturally or
    2. Use HTML Import follow the instructions within the Advanced tab of the plugin.

    If you’ve tried the second option and find it difficult at a particular step, please reply to this post with details and perhaps a screenshot – I can assist you with progressing. Alternatively, ask someone who would know more about web design or development to assist you with this process.

    I succesfully was able to fetch the reviews.

    @nomafo That’s good to hear!

    Even 48h after installing the plugin, only 5 entries are displayed. I have therefore copied and pasted the “outer html” as described. Unfortunately without any success. I have tried the <div> elements one after the other, as I am not sure which one is needed. But unfortunately always without success. Should I see the result immediately, or should I first delete the cache etc.? Can the required div perhaps be described a little more precisely?

    @ralphgl It will usually take more than 48 hours for new, relevant reviews to appear for most businesses. Please give it a little more time to build up a catalogue.

    If you want to take a shortcut, use the HTML Import to get all the reviews listed in the Google search results.

    If you see the green box when pasting in the HTML, the HTML is detected as valid. The resulting view will show all the eligible reviews to import. I feel the process is clarified as clearly as possible for the vast majority of business (accommodation and hotels have their own review system; also supported).
