Show new kind of categories on opposite sidebar?

On one sidebar I am using the built-in categories to show the kinds of products.
On the opposite sidebar I want to show the location of where the products are made.
I don’t want location and kind of product mixed in all in one section of the same sidebar.
What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks for any help!
