Show number of product added in cart icon in mobile view.

Someone know if its possible to make this:
The number of the products i add to the cart not appear in mobile in the cart icon, its possible to make it appear?
In pc appear the number look: https://snipboard.io/XSTc70.jpg
but in responsive or mobile view not: https://snipboard.io/vhQuZI.jpg
