    Hi – any update?

    Plugin Author Meitar

I tried following the instructions from the below post, but I still can’t seem to get it to work properly.

If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.

I’ve tried for hours and still haven’t figured it out. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

That seems like a logical conclusion, since many others report success.

I am acknowledging that something is wrong and I have reviewed other posts on how to do this, but still have not had success. Since you are the Plugin Author, I would think you would be a little bit more respectful to people that use your plugin and would try to help.

This entire support board is filled your smart-aleck replies. It would be nice to see you try to help someone, just for once.

Everything you need to do the thing you want to do has been provided to you; you even found the solution to the question you had by searching the support forum and finding a post in which I (rather helpfully and generously, I might add, given the steep sum of $0 you had to pay to read it) posted the solution. The fact that you did not or cannot get the same result on your website means your website is either broken (i.e., not instructed to do the thing you intended) or you have not followed the instructions as carefully as you think you have. In either case, there is nothing more that I or this support forum has to offer you. It’s also worth noting that there’s nothing I or this support forum ever owed you.

In other words, at some point, you must learn to help yourself (“just for once”). ??
