Show only Featured Image on Home Page

Hi, first of all , i like to say i really like this theme… it’s great! also, that I already made a child theme.

Well, my “problem” is about the post on Home page, I want o show only the featured image (like a preview image and text of the post) But the images inside the post are also showing in the home page, with the featured image.

How can i take out the images from the post and leave only the featured image?
