I’m sorry, this is a typo of the info icon of that option.

The correct info should be “If this option is active the popup will appear only on mobile devices.”
We’ll change the text, and this is how this option works – if checked, the popup will be shown only on mobile devices.

It’s not working. Are there any known plugin or template conflicts? Can you take a look to see why it’s not working? I purchased the top tier.

OK I disabled all of the plugins and sleceted a couple different themes (twenty twelve and twenty thirteen) it still didn’t work.
