Show only OWN pages in dropdown in page-attributes

I have a lot of pages, child-pages …, and a lot of editors, who publish the pages.

The Problem: The parent-dropdown in the Box Pages Attributes is confusing long.

Is there a posibility to filter the dropdown. Each editor should see only his own pages.

Any idea? Any help?
