"Show Optin Revolution Popup"

I love this plugin. However, once I got everything completed I went to change the settings to where it only popped up once per browsing session. The buttons are missing to do so, so it’s stuck on “always”. I even tried deactivating and uninstalling the plugin. Nothing seems to work.
