Show photos from Google Sheets

  • I have been able to save my form data into a Google Sheet using the Tablesome plugin. My form includes Name, date and a photo of the person. This all saves well with the photo being saved in my WordPress Media Library and an https://…… link in the Google Sheet. However, upon trying to display this data with the Load from GSheet (Beta) action, the output only shows the Name, date and the link to the photo. I would actually link it to load the photo and display it in the output. Any hints you can give me would be much appreciated. Jack

    Great to hear. What timeline do you expect to complete this? I ask because I am in production and would love to have this feature available. Thanks.

    Further on this…the displaying of the photo does work when importing from a .csv and a .xlsx file…Google drive DOES ALLOW saving both of these types of files…Is it possible to set up loading from these types of files from Google Drive?

    1. Loading images based on URL from Google Sheet – Will try to implement by this or next week
    2. Loading CSV / XLSX from Google Drive – Will add to backlog, cannot specific a timeline as of now.

    Excellent. If you can get Google Sheets upload to work that would help me out tremendously. CSV and XLSX are not a priority. Thanks. I love Tablesome…it is great for the application I am building.
