Show Post "Published Date" besides "Post Title" (possibly image too)

So right now on my page with all of my favourites it looks like this:
[X] Post Title 1
[X] Post Title 2
and so on…What I would like my page to look like is this:
[X] Post Title 1 – December 16, 2014
[X] Post Title 2 – September 2, 2015
and so on…Any help would be great thanks! I’m sort of a newbie at this kind of stuff but I know how to get into the plugins editor and what not. Thanks!
