Show post title on mouse rollover (accessibility)?

Hi,

I’ve got the Post Grid plugin to look exactly how I want on our site and it looks great! I was just wondering if there was any way to show the post title when you hover your mouse over the thumbnail. Like when you add the title=”” to an img in HTML. This is also pretty crucial to screen readers and people with visual impairment. I’m assuming it’s something that would have to be done in PHP.
