Show Previous/Next links for same day only

Hi I am running a site that posts several times per day. I want to create previous and next links that keep you within the same day. Once you are on the first or last post for that day I would like the link to be disabled.

I have searched for quite a while and all I can seem to find is keeping the prev/next links within the same category or tag – but not date.
