Show price excl. tax and 'total tax' field

Hi guys, the plugin is awesome!
I did change the entire template to match my needs and that worked great. I just can’t figure out how to show the invoice like this:

(name and amount) product – xxx price excl. Tax
shipment costs xxx
—————————-
Total price excl. tax
—————————-
Tax 21% – xxx amount
Total amount: xxx

Is there a way to create this? We need this kind of invoices in the Netherlands, Belgium and I expect also in Germany.
