I’m looking for a way to improve the customer experience on my website. I’d love to be able to get products that offer free shipping. Whether that means showing a list of products with free shipping or adding a “FREE SHIPPING” marker to products. I haven’t had any luck locating a plugin or functionality that offers this. Any insight or help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
WooCommerce by default does not apply free shipping on product by product basis. From what I understand, you have some products on your site that you want to be available for free shipping, and then show those products together so the customers would know that those products can be shipped for free. Is that right?
For this setup, you can add a product category to the products that are available for free shipping. To add a product category, please see the doc here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/
Once you have categories the product, you can show all the products in that category using the [product_category] shortcode. You can find more details about it here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/#section-13
Finally, to only allow some products to be available for free shipping, you can use a plugin like Per Product Shipping ( https://woocommerce.com/products/per-product-shipping/ ).
