    So the shortcodes are simply not being processed. This is usually because the content is coming from somewhere other than the content of a post or page. Is this by chance being output directly by the theme? Or perhaps a widget area? If this is the case I can help you modify your theme to output the desired processed shortcode markup, or if it is a widget area, you can add some code to make WP process shortcodes from widget content.
