Show Recently Popular with Popularity Contest

Howdy. Could someone guide me to configuring the Popularity Contest tags to display ‘Recent Popular Posts’, e.g., the most popular posts from the last thirty days…?

As you know the plugin instructions include tags for displaying the most popular posts ever, by month, and category… but not for ‘recent’. I see this sort of thing on Alex King’s blog, but I can’t figure out how to configure the PC tags properly.
