Show recipient email address on card balances table

We just started evaluating this plugin on our site and encountered a problem with one of the first customers to purchase a gift card

The guest customer made a mistake when typing in the recipient email address and the recipient did not get the gift card. The customer realised the error on the thank you page, but unfortunately they closed the page before contacting our customer support.

When we went to look at the Card Balances Table to see if we could just copy the gift card number and manually email it to the recipient (they can type it in when they checkout), there was no way of finding the erroneous gift card because the balances table search field requires the exact email address of the recipient to find the matching gift card number.

Clicking “View Activity” on each card does not show the recipient email address either – besides this is not a viable solution for finding the recipient email address once there are hundreds of gift cards in the table.

Is it possible to add a column to the balances table to show the recipient’s email address (maybe also add a column for the creation date, to make it easier to search the table by creation date). This will make customer support a lot easier as it will be easier to deal with these kinds of customer errors.
