Show refunded products on packing slip?

    Hi,

    Not sure if I am over looking something somewhere but I cant seem to get refund products not to show up on the packing slip. For example if an order is paid for but the item in question has been damaged and I make a refund can I have it not appear on the packing slip or appear as 0 or failing that have a note advising.

    Its not so important now as I send out the orders myself but in the future this will be going to a picker packer who will not know that this product has been refunded for.

    I hope that made sense.

    Hi Danielle,
    Refunds are currently not supported by the free version, but the PDF Invoice Professional extension does support that and gives you the option to correct the packing slips for refunded quantities (and also create credit notes for these orders, which is something your accountant will thank you for).
