Show Result based on points

  • I have a questionnaire that each question (on the backend) has a set limits of points and by the end of it based on what the users have answered I want to show a different URL link. Is there a way to do that?

    I can’t do a value based because if I show the values to the users it would confused them.

    Or is there a way to give a hidden value to questions and then create a condition if they fall within this range of values show this result or link?
