Show selection in content area

    Hi, I have a long list of possibilities from which a customer can check multiple selections, kind of like a menu. How can I show the selected options into the content area of the email?

    I understand there is no formal manual for this plugin (yet). I find it difficult to understand the basics of it. Is there possibly any other location where I can find some structured information other than the forum?
