Show Shipping rate before entering address for all

    Hi great plugin !
    i have a store on which i have setup shipping to specific state. But now the shipping rates on checkout are not showing It’s saying

    “Enter your address to view shipping options.” screenshot=> https://prntscr.com/nhcwzt

    i want them to show even when someone do not enter address

    Eeven “”Hide shipping costs until an address is entered”” is Off screenshot=> https://prntscr.com/nhcza5

    Hey there!

    WooCommerce needs to have either a location for the customer to match shipping zones to, or a default to use before it knows their location.

    You can set the default in the general settings for WooCommerce: https://cld.wthms.co/IhIEKu

    You can either have it locate them, or use the shop location for a default one.
