Show single.php(post content) inside a lightbox

    Hello guys,

    A week im trying different choices to show post content inside in a lightbox.

    link: zoom3d.com.br/teste/
    scroll down until Portfolio, i tried to put code in 1st item in portfolio grid.
    code: line 145 – 153

    Im using Lightbox Plus, but maybe have a better way to do this. Someone can help me?
