Show Starbox via shortcode only when abh_switch is on

Hi, I want to use the Starbox via Shortcode, but only for those authors how have aktivated the starbox for their profil. At the moment the shortcodes renders the box anyway.
The main problem why i have to use the shortcode is the rendering priority of the box… it renders befor the wp_link_pages but this is a UXfault. The Box should appear under the pagination.
