    Hi!

I have 3 questions about Customer Reviews.

Question 1: I have one verified review, which is not showing up on the trustbadge not on desktop nor on mobile. I’m using: <div style=”margin:auto;text-align:center;background:#f8f6f3″>[cusrev_trustbadge type=”SL” border=”no”]</div>. However the trusted review is visible by itself at my [cusreve_all_reviews] at the bottom of the homepage.

Question 2: When I click on the trustbadge, I want to skip to the bottom of the homepage instead of the customer reviews external page. How do i do that?

    Question 3: I’m using [cusrev_all_reviews show_pictures=”true” show_products=”false”]
to show the product ratings at the bottom of my homepage. I think all the text looks a bit cluttered and was wondering if instead of displaying ‘Rated X out of X’, there is an option to show stars?

Question 4: On most modern websites, you can click the ‘5/4/3/2/1 stars bar’ at the scores summary, in order to display only the reviews with those exact amount of stars. Is that a possibility?

Question 5: I would like to give buyers the possibility to leave a ‘CR-verified’ review via the website instead of via the link in the reminder email. But when they leave a review on the product page, it is not ‘verified by CR’. How do I do that?

    Thanks so much in advance!
    Best regards,
    Roel

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    1. [cusreve_all_reviews] shows all reviews. The trust badge only shows verified reviews. It is likely that the missing review was submitted locally on a product page and hence could not be verified.

    2. The purpose of the trust badge is to show copies of your reviews on an independent portal. Otherwise, it is difficult to persuade customers that you did not write the reviews yourself.

    3. It should show stars. Please make sure that you have all plugins and themes updated to the latest versions.

    4. Yes.

    5. If customers leave reviews directly on your site, their reviews cannot be verified. As a store manager, you are biased and prefer to have only 5-star reviews. People have no reason to believe that you do not change reviews and do not remove reviews that are less than perfect. A review form that a store manager has no access to is the way to guarantee integrity of the review process.
