Show Stock on Dropdown

Is it possible to display the stock level for a variable on the dropdown that appears on the product page frontend?
I am using locations: UK, EU, and factory. The idea is that UK and EU can see what’s IN-stock, and then both have the option to order factory direct if there isn’t enough stock.

Currently, customer selects the variable, the dropdown appears, customer selects quantity and then orders. But if they order over the stock, it all goes to factory backorder. The customer can’t see what the stock is, to know if they’re over the stock threshold.

Same style as how the backorder location gets (On Backorder) next to it.

I’ve spotted the shortcode that lists all the variation stock, but with potentially 4 locations and over 10 variables, it’s a long list to show.
