Show subcategories, under their parent category

Hello,
By default the list of categories is displayed in alphabetical order, and there is no hierarchical order in the categories drop-down list.
In the example on this page, “test” and “test2” are parent categories.
ZZZZ is a sub-category of the “test” category and AAAA is a sub-category of the “test2” category.
I would like “ZZZZ” to be below its parent “test” and “AAAA” to be below “test2”.
Is it possible to do this?
