Show summaries in the blog

Hi,
I’m using Storefront theme in this website: https://vueltaycruz.es/
In the Blog section, I would like to show just a picture and the begining of each text, instead of the complete texts that occupies a lot.
This was easy to do in other themes, but I can’t find the option here.
Can anybody help me?
