Show tag information for specific tag

Hello!

I’m wondering if its possible to show a specific tags name.
We do presentations for dogs so for example if the dogs works with cats there is a tag called “Cats”. And then on the specific dog page we want to be able to do so that if we have added the Cats tag we want that to show up.

Something like this (I know this isn’t correct though)
