Show the custom category related to the post

Hi,
Is there any way to show the custom category related to the published post in the text shown in FB page?
For instance let’s say that I have a custom taxonomy called “matiere” and whose value for the current post is JAVA, so I want to show it in my posted text as following:
matiere: JAVA
