Show the post published date on archives page.

  • Hello.
    Is it possible to show the post publish dates of each post in an archive page by an shortcode.

    Like I will put that shortcode using javascript just below post title and then will show the excet published date of that post.

  • That’s something your theme is supposed to do automatically, and probably can do but the feature may be turned off.

    If your theme doesn’t support the feature, the approach of adding a shortcode at the beginning of each post is really not the way to go.

    What theme are you using?
