Show theme header and footer on landing pages

    Unfortunately, the topic post that was made more than a year ago with this same title was not resolved, and the issue persists. RE: PluginOps’ landing page builder

    I, too, cannot get the footer to show up, despite having the right-menu option toggled to show site menu.

    What is the solution here to get the footer to actually appear?

    Moreover, it would be great to have the page load without showing the header image resizing. If I make the image smaller, the resolution is blurry but the loading issue doesn’t occur.

    All in all, lots of bugs with this plugin and I wish there was an easier way to report it/fix them.
