Show top bar menu options in wp-admin on mobile

It is nice having a mobile version of wp-admin (dashboard), but there isn’t really much point in having it if it just goes and hides the things from the top bar I actually need the most, such as the language switcher for WPML (for managing comments in all languages) and the ability to Purge SG Cache, options which are otherwise shown on desktop.

So with some very simple custom css and the installation of yet another plugin, an albeit lightweight one to run the css in wp-admin, I now have a language switcher on mobile. I do have other ways of purging the cache on mobile, so that one isn’t such an issue for the wp-admin top bar.

With that all said, could WordPress core add the option to pick and choose which items a user sees on the top bar while in wp-admin on mobile? Unless such options are already there?
