    Hello,

    How we can get total points of user and show it?

    I tried many short code but they get incorrect number.

    Short code that i tried :
    [mycred_total_points]
    [mycred_total_balance]
    [mycred_my_balance]

    You can show the user’s point balance using the mycred_my_balance shortcode. also can you please share the screenshot of the user’s tab from your website as shared below? Also, please share the screenshot of the shortcode result for the mycred_my_balance shortcode.

    It’s working right after using the real server not local server,

    but how i can make the number show in notifications Add-ons?

    I tried use this code in notifications Add-ons template:
    <p>%entry%</p><h1>%cred_f%</h1><?php echo do_shortcode(‘[mycred_my_balance]’) ?>

    But it keep remove php tag when i save the settings

    Hi @rami4625,

    Right now it is not possible to show the User’s balance in the notification but we will add your request to our road map hence we will introduce a new template tag for the user’s balance in the notification addon.

    Also, user can add the feature request using this URL.
