Show trial option once and no additional subscriptions

I am using the paid member subscription plug in and have two issues in my manage account page:

1. My first month trial option shows up as a renew option. I don’t want users to have the option of the first month trial again.

2. It shows their account information and underneath that, the same information under the header “Add a Subscription Plan”. I only want it to show once — they can only have one subscription plan.
