    Have you made any changes to your registration schema? Under construction means that the schema is not ready.

    Did you created your registration schema? If yes then it might be that you have some caching plugin enabled on your site.

    yes done delete it please help now to resolve issue

    Never expose credentials here! I am not the only one who is looking at them. It is a very big security risk!
