is my page code .. Is there an email I can use to send you login info for you to look around at clinic1 to see why

Not sure if this is the issue, or if you just miscopied. But when I copy-pasted your shortcode into php I got errors because at least one of your quotation marks is not an actual double quote, but the sort of fancy quotation marks some word processors use.

Those characters should both be the plain double-quote you see on your keyboard to the right of the colon/semicolon.

Did you use the EntryWizard menu to generate the shortcode, or did you type it, or copy-paste it from somewhere?

I check all the quotes retyped them same thing

I did one only for clinic 1 it shows the clinic title but no images I check the clinic and all are there also do a data base check and it check ok.

It is only clinic1 the other 4 are ok

I did a page inspection and here is clinic1 and part clinic2

clinic 1 has nothing following it but clinic2 shows the image info
this is the same for clinic3 4 and 5
And I have set another clinic1 at the end and it is the same as the first no data after
the page shows the title for Clinic1 images but no images !
has to be something in the form data for clinic1

OK, it looks as if the shortcode is working, just not finding images.

Did you test for other users with images in clinic1? A plugin that lets an admin see things as another user can be quite useful.

If other users are ok, it would be an issue just with the one set of images.

If no users show anything for clinic1, then I’d think there is a problem with the identifier itself — could it be Clinic1, or clinicI, or something like that? (That’s where it’s useful to generate the shortcode from the dropdown menu in the editor — then you can be sure the identifier is correct. )

Ooops — sorry, it’s not an incorrect identifier, since the title of clinic1 is showing correctly.

You might want to check your php log files for error messages (usually in wp-content/debug.log)

OK I think I found the problem. Operator error as usual

When I did clinic1 I used a different login so when I am logged in as admin I do not see clinic1 images.

I checked with another person either they did not enter clinic 1 or a different login name and their image did not show for clinic 1 that is why I thought there was a coding error in clinic1 because the rest loaded ok

I check a few others and their files show for all the clinics and some show nothing as they did not enter anything.

I am going to change my login password so no one can log in as admin I thought there was a way to delete my message but it does not show anyway.

Yes, you do have to be careful always to use the same login.

Just noticed the last line of your original question. You can add a checkbox or something to the followup by putting it into the layout with the identifier “followupQ” — read the help item at the top of the webforms page. ( The whole “followup” thing is a hack I put together in a big hurry after our competitions team announced a competition involving previously uploaded images, without asking if it was technically possible ?? )

If all your clinics use the same layout, you could also do it by creating an Ewz-Rating page.

Can I add the new field in the 5 already closed clinics, by adding it to the existing webform layout? I did a test form and upload and I see the checked box when I do an end of year.

Can I add it now to the existing layout field without losing my data

in doing a test layout If I create a clinic made with the org layout and change it to the new layout I loose the data .
If I create a clinic with the new layout and do an end of year I see the check box.
If I go in and remove the check box I still see all of the data but no check box.
If I change it to the original layout I loose the data but the headings are still there

So from what I can tell if I go in and add a new field to the original layout (checkbox) it will retain my data and have the checkbox available for the end of year.

Am I correct in this hypothesis?

Yes, that’s it. Never try to change which layout the webform is associated with – that will break things. But changing fields in it’s associated layout can work if you are careful. A field with identifier “followupQ” is totally ignored by the regular shortcode, so should be safe to add.
