    Yes, that’s possible. Please, insert a “Media” field in the form to load the image directly.

    If you want to display the media field only when the user selects a specific choice in the radio buttons or checkbox field, you can use dependencies. Please, read the following blog post:

    Hi there, I tried to add the media and paste the URL to show the image but it’s just showing a shaded square on the live page where the image should be. I was more thinking of there being text under the question Saying ‘Click here to view an example design’ rather than showing the image so that the form doesn’t end up being too long.

    But your form does not include a media field.

    You pasted the URL to the image into the instructions for users attribute of the fieldname22 field (“Footed vase table centre”). However, pasting the URL into the “instructions for users” attribute does not convert it into a link or load the image.
