Show users who use a language other than X a popup.

    Hello everyone,

    although I tried and searched quite a bit, I can’t find a solution to my problem.

    What I want to do is show all users that use a browser language other than German a pop-up and suggest they switch to the English version. Those who use German as their browser’s language should (if possible) see no pop-up at all.

    If it’s not possible to show the message depending on the browser language, maybe it’s possible to do so via IP? So show everyone not from Germany or Austria the pop-up.

    I’d be really glad if you could help me out here!
