show_entire="false" doesn't work

The show_entire=”false” is the default setting and does not need to be passed. That said you should get the same results with or without the parameter. I will run a test as make sure the plugin behaves that way. If passing the false value returns a blank page, then it is a bug in the code.

If without the option, if you get a blank page, then there is another problem with you setup.
