  • that widget is using some unordered list html tags which are inheriting their formatting from the style of .widget ul li {} in the theme’s stylesheet;
    it is not showing in the footer because the footer wisgets are applying a different style.
    you might need to overwrite that with a new style, possibly using a ‘custom CSS’.

    please use a browser inspection tool for those kind of formatting issues.
