Showing Blank Popup

    I added the subscription popup from the builder everything was included description, button and title. But its showing a blank pop-up when it actually has to work.

    Need help.

    Hi there, I am having the same problem.

    If I create a popup using the WordPress content editor, it works fine (but layout options are limited).

    However, if I try using the Themify Builder, the popup is blank. No content is shown at all.

    As an example, here is a test page where I added two popups, one created with the WP editor and another created with Themify Builder. Both should display a line of text, but only the first one does.

    Sorry, I messed up! After I posted this I installed another popup plugin called Popup Maker and with it I was able to create popups using Themify Builder (only on the backend, and it’s a bit limited). I used the same page for my tests, so that’s the one you saw.

    I just cleaned the page up; if you could take a look again, I’d appreciate it. It’s the button on the right, you should see some text in a light blue pop up. All I see is a white blank popup.
